Local and Regional Press have started to get word of the Nurses in their areas being honored and recognized, and we couldn't be more grateful and proud of how this Program has taken a new life of its own! Multiple facilities and even hospitals have even begun their own internal recognition efforts to keep the momentum and spirit of supporting each other in their clinical roles! Thank you so much to both Madisonville Meteor and Tyler County Booster for creating the much needed awareness for our well deserving nurses and creating the opportunity for bringing our healthcare communities together to support one another and improve workplace environment morale, systems and resources for Compassion Fatigue and Burnout, and loving on our Nurses of the Year!!
